How Does It Work?

How do I enter my claim information?
When you open your account with Your Therapy Billing, LLC we collect all your client billing information to set up electronic submissions with all the different insurance companies or government agencies. We can connect directly with your existing EMR/EHR system to get all your patient visit information to process claims, you won't need to do anything else except read the reports of the payments coming in. If you don’t have an EMR, we can help you set one up.
That's all you need to do, we will confirm we received your claim information, submit all claims, complete and verify all coding, confirm acceptance and track your payment. We will also report all payments to you on a monthly basis and follow up and appeal or resubmit all denials. If your client list changes, you can simply update us to delete or add the new clients to the list. 

When do you submit my claims?
Depending on the service you provide or the Insurer/Government agency, we generally submit your claims on a daily basis. Our goal is to provide you with the best cashflow!

How can I get started?
Please use our "Get A Quote" form or contact us by email for a quote customized for your business needs. We will analyze your practice and billing needs and provide you with the lowest possible fee structure. This will include a monthly service charge based on a percentage of the gross revenue that you are paid on the claims submitted and a one-time startup fee to set up your account. If you accept the quote, we will complete a simple contract for the terms agreed and we can get started!

How do you charge for your services?
Your Therapy Billing, LLC performs their services based on a percentage of the revenue collected. This percentage varies based on the size and specialty of the practice. Our fees are less than the national industry standard, ranging from 5-10% based on gross revenue. Your reimbursement claims will be paid directly by the insurance company or government agency and we will invoice you on a monthly basis for our services.
We do not get paid unless you get paid!

What services are included with your fee?
In addition to submitting your claims, resubmitting and resolving denials, collecting unpaid co-pays, and providing extensive reporting on all aspects of claims submission and payment; our fee includes access to our staff to help with any questions your practice or your patients may have about claims and billing. Our billing system includes a database that is set up specifically for your practice and all of your claims, billing and coding processes. Our goal is to make your practice more profitable and efficient.

Do you provide credentialing services?
Yes, Your Therapy Billing, LLC provides credentialing and re-credentialing services. Depending on the needs of your practice the charges for this service may be negotiated separately.

Do you provide insurance eligibility and benefit verification services?
Yes, Your Therapy Billing, LLC provides insurance eligibility and benefit verification services for patients, this can be included as part of your service package or priced separately. We want to ensure that your practice will get paid for your valuable time and if the patient has responsibility for any copay or needs to meet a deductible - you need to know that before the services are rendered.

Do you charge extra for re-bills, monthly reports, monthly patient statements and denied claims?
No! We charge one fee that includes all of our standard services, there are no hidden fees and charges involved. Any fees for extended custom services will be negotiated before the services are performed.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, Your Therapy Billing, LLC works off of a simple contract that documents the services that we will provide to your business. The contract may be terminated after the initial agreed contract period with 30 days written notice by either party.

Do you transmit claims electronically?
Yes, Your Therapy Billing, LLC transmits claims electronically to all insurance companies that accept claims electronically. If an insurance company does not allow claims to be transmitted electronically, they will be submitted on paper utilizing the standard CMS Form. 

Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes, Your Therapy Billing, LLC complies with all HIPAA privacy and security regulations.

Will my practice receive full reimbursement for services from the insurance companies?
Your Therapy Billing, LLC will review your fees to make sure you are not getting underpaid for your services. We monitor the fee schedules from the insurance companies to make sure you do not get underpaid for your services throughout the year.

Is my data protected?
Yes, your data is stored on secure cloud based servers and any onsite data is backed up locally and offsite every evening.
