Hi, I’m Mary! I’m the Partner and COO of Your Therapy Billing, and I joined the YTB team in April 2025. With over 15 years of experience in User Experience and Operations, I’ve led marketing strategies, optimized internal processes, and helped organizations build more customer-centric products and services. My passion lies in identifying opportunities to improve both the client and patient experience—making things smoother, simpler, and more human. Outside of work, I’m an avid pickleball player, and I love traveling—I make it a point to visit a new city and country every year!

My name is Kelly Engle, I'm the Practice Operations Manager for Your Therapy Billing ...but I'm really a jack-of-all-trades who handles a wide variety of tasks, including serving as the primary point of contact regarding inquiries from patients and their families. And I try to do it all with a helpful nature and positive attitude. I have more than 12 years of administrative experience and take pride in customer service, always making myself available to practices and their patients to help everyone better understand their benefits. My favorite part of working with Your Therapy Billing is witnessing the growth and success of practices. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two teenage children, two dogs, and three cats. I'm a dedicated "travel softball mom" who spends many spring, summer, and fall weekends watching our daughter play.

My name is Angelica Resendez and I am the Prior Authorizations and Verifications Manager for Your Therapy Billing. I started my journey with YTB in 2021 and have enjoyed the opportunity to grow with the company. I obtained my bachelor’s degree of Science in Business Administration from University of Phoenix and have been an administrative professional for the past eleven years, working with medical, marketing, and accounting offices. I am originally from Colombia and moved to the US when I was 14 years old. I am married to an US Army soldier, and we have two sons. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, soccer and football events, and spending time with my family.

Deborah brings a wealth of experience to Your Therapy Billing, ensuring a smooth credentialing process for our providers. From initial applications to ongoing maintenance, she skillfully navigates the complexities of credentialing software and databases. Timely communication is her forte, keeping providers and insurance companies informed throughout the process.

Megan supports multiple areas within the company, managing medical customer accounts and assisting wherever needed to ensure smooth operations. She is a double-certified billing specialist, having obtained her CBCS from the NHA in 2019 and her CPB from the AAPC in 2021.

Megan is dedicated to ensuring that insurance payers adhere to their commitments to providers and that patients’ full plan benefits are utilized during claims processing.

Outside of work, she is a wife and mother of two who enjoys singing and outdoor activities. She also values bringing humor into everyday life and helping others whenever possible.

Hi, I’m Margaret, a Credentialing Associate focused on solving problems and ensuring everything stays on track. I’m known for my accuracy and clear communication, and I take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly from start to finish.

I enjoy being part of the Your Therapy Billing Team and supporting providers navigate the credentialing process with ease. For me, it’s not just about completing tasks, it’s about making the process smoother and less stressful for everyone involved.

I’m big on personal growth, productivity, and finding better, smarter ways to get things done. I’m always looking for ways to improve a process or learn something new.

Outside of work, I enjoy creating content, editing videos, and learning new skills. So If I’m not working, I’m probably exploring a new idea, refining a skill, or figuring out how to do something better than I did yesterday.
